The real estate industry is intense and action-packed. Our classes are the same: our Brand New 90-hour pre-licensure class combines live Zoom classes with a state-of-the-art interactive curriculum. We’ll spend 4 days “in person” discussing the industry in general; contract law; contracts and forms; personal safety, risk reduction and what to expect once you become licensed. In addition, you’ll pace yourself through a customized 60-hour online presentation covering basic real estate law and practices.

Module 1 meets via Zoom technology November 6 & 7. Then you’ll be free to complete Module 2, a comprehensive ARELLO-approved online curriculum at your own pace. You’ll complete your course in Module 3, meeting again via Zoom January 15 & 16, 2022.

As part of your enrollment, you’ll receive Dearborn’s Modern Real Estate Practice (20th Edition). In addition, you’ll receive North Dakota Real Estate License Law and Administrative Rules, and our exclusive texts and sample forms.

Classes begin at 9 a.m. Central Time, Saturday November 6.
